Make sure the battery of your smartphone has enough charge to complete the process.

Connect to the Wi-Fi or turn on mobile data.

Open up your YouTube App.

Click on the little camera at the top and select the video you want to upload.

Click “Next” if you don’t want to edit your video.

Input the title and description of your video.

Make sure you upload it “unlisted” if you've a few more things to do with your video.

Then click “Upload”. Don’t close the app until it’s finished.

Now, go to the YouTube Studio App and pull up the uploaded video.

Click on the video and select the pencil like icon to upload your thumbnail.

Click “Custom Thumbnail” and then “all photos”. Then “Save” it.

Enter convenient tags and press the “Save” button.

At last, change that Unlisted option to Public to finally publish your video.
