After studying so hard for 15 long minutes, we keep browsing the internet for hours. We keep surfing from one social media to another, without being heedful at all. If we look closer into our life, we can definitely notice how social media has taken over most of our daily activities. Minimizing the usage might be a difficult task, but following tips will help you get started-

Tasks

1. Refrain from using your phone in bed. Don’t use it before going to bed and after waking up.

Daily 1x

2. Schedule all your emails once a day. You should be done with the scheduling within 30 min to 1 hour.

3. Limit the usage of social media to 30 minutes daily.

Daily 1x

4. Limit all your streamings i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Live Streaming to once a week.

Weekly 1x
