13 Ways for a house in Jannah

The desire to enter jannah burns in the heart of every Muslim. Some of us have become too busy in worldly affairs, diverged and strayed from the path of righteousness. And yet, if we are asked whether we want a house in Jannah, the answer wouldn’t be anything but yes. There are many good deeds or actions that, if performed, will earn a house in Jannah. Here is the list of 13 ways for a house in Jannah. We should try our best to perform those simple actions and let our family and friends know about this too. May Allah grant us a house in Jannah and more importantly,grant us the pleasure of Allah,the All-Mighty.

TasksBuild a Masjid for Allah.
Once
Pray the 12 rakaat sunnah-ar-ratibah everyday. ( 2 before Fajr, 4 before Zuhr and 2 after Zuhr, 2 after Maghrib and 2 after ‘isha)
Daily 1x
Pray 12 rakaat anytime during the day or night. (different from point 2, it’s a general one)
Daily 1x
Read surah Ikhlaas 10 times. (Though here are some scholars who say this hadith is not authentic)
Once
Filling in the gaps in the rows of congregational prayer.
Once
Pray 4 rakaat Duha(voluntary prayer between the Fajr and Zuhr) and 4 rakaat Before Zuhr.
Daily 1x
Patience when your child dies.
Once
Leaving off quarreling and arguing even if you're right.
Once
Leaving off lying even if you're joking.
Once
Having excellent manners.
Once
Migrate for the sake of Allah.
Once
Jihad for the sake of Allah.
Once
Saying specific Dua for when you enter the market place: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ بِيَدِهِ الْخُيْرُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٍ (la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahul mulku walahul hamdu yuhyi wa yumitu wahua hayyun la yamutu biyadihil khairu wahua ‘ala kulli shayyin kadir)
