How to Bake Chicken

One of the most delicious meats and favorite food all throughout the world is chicken. There are thousands of ways to cook chicken. Today we will share step by step process of how to bake chicken with you so that you can prepare the dish without any hassle.

1. Gather all the necessary ingredients such as a full chicken, 1/2cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, ½ cup of salt, 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 cloves of garlic, and 1 sprig of fresh thyme.

2. Wash and clean the chicken perfectly. Using paper towels, remove the moisture and dry it.

3. Take a big bowl or a container. Pour 2 or 3 liters of clean water and add 1/2 cup of salt, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.

4. Dissolve the ingredients carefully and drop the chicken into the mixture, cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

5. Take a baking sheet or a platter. Spread an aluminum foil paper on it.

6. Get the chicken out from the refrigerator, take it out from the liquid and make the chicken dry.

7. Place the whole chicken on the baking sheet.

8. To keep the chicken in perfect form, tie the legs of the chicken using kitchen twine.

9. Make a mixture using honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, and olive oil.

10. Add some lemon juice, a few sprigs of thyme, or any fresh herb into the cavity of the chicken.

11. Take 4 cloves of garlic and spread them around the chicken.

12. Turn on your oven and preheat it at 375°F.

13. Place the chicken in the oven and bake it for an hour. After every fifteen minutes, bast the chicken with the premade mixture.

14. Take out the cooking plate from the oven and check whether the chicken is perfectly roasted or not.

15. If it is not baked perfectly, cook the chicken for a few more minutes.

16. Leave the baked chicken for 15 minutes so that the juice gets absorbed with the meat.

17. Cut the chicken into pieces depending on your preferred size and serve it.
