Taking care of our immune system and remaining healthy is essential for us. There are some foods that are commonly available and able to boost our body's immunity. Here we will discuss 6 tips which will improve your body immunity & ensure that you remain healthy. ** Following tips are suggested by Dr. Kajal Pandya Yeptho (General Manager, Dietary Services, Medanta Gurugram). 1. Remain hydrated as much as possible. Drink water, soup, fresh fruit, or vegetable juices regularly.
