If you could win the morning, you could win the day. To do that you have to create regular morning rituals and routines so that you don’t have to think about what you need to do. If you can set up routines and rituals especially early in the morning, you could benefit from this Science Momentum and create positive momentum as opposed to being reactive. Most people pick up their phone, the first thing, and they start reacting and driving distractions and reaction as opposed to proactively spending time with self-care, self-love, and having a vision and direction for your day. Recall your dreams first when you wake up.

Take 2 minutes to make your bed after waking up.
