How to Create a Better Morning Routine

I get asked about morning routines a lot. I have interviewed hundreds of performers in this field about their morning routines. Where should you start? This is one of the common questions. I would recommend starting off very simply. So let’s get started.

Tasks

Put your phone on airplane mode when you go to bed.

Once

Make your bad as you are accomplishing one thing at the beginning of the day.

Once

Do 10-15 push-ups or some type of sun salutations to the primary nervous system.

Once

Consider either journaling or morning pages using words on paper as spiritual windshield wipers.

Once

Meditate typically for 10/20 minutes using a tool to get started like headspace a nap.
