Where should you start? This is one of the common questions. I would recommend starting off very simply. So let’s get started.

Put your phone on airplane mode when you go to bed.

Make your bad as you are accomplishing one thing at the beginning of the day.

Do 10-15 push-ups or some type of sun salutations to the primary nervous system.

Consider either journaling or morning pages using words on paper as spiritual windshield wipers.

Meditate typically for 10/20 minutes using a tool to get started like headspace a nap.
