4 Steps to Restart Your Bad Day

Sometimes we can start our day with a good cup of coffee but still the day can go all south. We might get derailed over little conflicts in the office or cramming over homeworks or any other happenstance in our daily lives and end up wasting our precious time or even a whole day over such tangles. But, don’t worry here are 4-step-reset-ritual which is divided into following steps to follow easily!

Tasks

Plan your day ahead. Be proactive. This will help you to avoid unexpected workload and will give you a sense of purpose.

Daily 1x

If you feel the day is already down the drain, take a step back and leave everything at hand immediately.

Once

Go for a walk or meditate.

Once

Then come back to your desk and write down three things. a) Things you’re grateful for. b) Work that must be accomplished today and c) Reward on your completion.

Once

Get ‘YOU’ out of your head. Think of something you could do to give surprises, attention or show gratitude or appreciation to somebody around you.

Once

Activate some self-talk. Encourage yourself, calm yourself, appreciate yourself and help yourself to get back!
