'Tomorrow' has become one of my favorite words as in 'I will study starting from tomorrow', 'I will exercise from tomorrow' and sometimes it gets to the point of self- disappointment. Procrastination is sneaky and it's really on us how to stand up to it. Therefore, thefollowing tips will help you to charge this procrastination head on!

1. Commit to do the work.

2. Use pomodoro technique (work for 20 minutes and take a break for 5 minutes technique).

3. Use calendar to organize your lengthy projects.

Daily 1x

4. Give yourself a reward after finishing your work.

Daily 1x
