One of the most iconic sprinters of all time is Jamaican Usain Bolt. He is not only popular for his speed and running technique, but also for the style of his celebration of success. His daily life does not look like an ordinary athlete’s daily life. If you wish to follow in his footsteps, then include tasks which you can adjust in your lifestyle and start the journey to become successful like Usain bolt.

Wake up in the morning around 10 A.M in the morning.

Daily 1x

Have your breakfast with a small egg sandwich, and green bananas. At 10.15 A.M.

Daily 1x

Do weight lifting exercise for two hours from 11 A.M.

Daily 1x

Take your lunch with pasta, corned beef or fish around 1 P.M.

Daily 1x

Do your track exercise from 3 P.M.

Daily 1x

Take a large dinner with Broccoli, Yams, Chicken, Pork or other meat, Jamaican Dumplings, Rice, etc. in the early evening.

Daily 1x

Spend your evening with friends, play video games or go for a walk around the town at 8 P.M.

Daily 1x

Go to sleep around midnight.
