Double Chocolate Mousse with only 3 Ingredients in 20 Minutes

For most chocolate lovers, chocolate mousse is their favourite chocolate dish of all time. These tasty sweets are easy to create with only three ingredients and can be prepared in about 20 minutes. So, whenever you have a chocolate desire or want to make quick sweets at home, this double chocolate mousse recipe is exactly what you need.
Ingredients:
100 grams semi-sweet dark chocolate
100 grams white chocolate
500 ml whipping cream

Cut white and dark chocolate into small pieces and set them in two separate bowls
Once
In a small saucepan, boil the whipping cream (200ml) just to a simmer over medium heat
Once
Pour the hot cream evenly over the chopped white and dark chocolates and leave aside for 5 minutes to allow the hot cream to melt the chocolate
Once
Give both the chocolates a thorough stir after 5 minutes to properly melt the chocolate
Once
Set the chocolate aside to cool for 5-10 minutes when it has completely melted and smoothed
Once
Whisk 300 ml extremely cold whipping cream until soft peaks form in a large mixing bowl. Then place half of the whipped cream in a separate bowl

Add the cooled melted white chocolate to the whipped cream in small batches, whisking constantly until all of the chocolate is thoroughly combined and firm peaks form
Once
Repeat the same process with the remaining whipped cream and cooled melted dark chocolate
Once
To make them seem elegant, spoon both the white and dark chocolate mousse onto small serving dishes in tiers, or put them into two piping bags and pipe into the serving dish

You can serve the mousse immediately or freeze it for 3-4 hours before serving, though it is best served chilled
