How to Make Fried Rice

One of the most beloved dishes around the world is Fried Rise. It’s not only delicious in test but also easy to prepare as well. All you have to do is follow the instructions we are providing below to ready up this yummy dish.

1. Gather all the ingredients (rice, water, salt, neutral oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, onion, garlic, peas and carrots, eggs, etc.) and all the cooking tools.

2. Take the required amount of rice and rinse carefully. Let’s say we are using 1 cup of rice as an example.

3. Add water to a pot. The rice and water ratio should be 1:2. As per example, the amount of water would be 2 cups.

4. Place the pot over a stove or a burner. Wait until the water boils.

5. Add the cleaned rice and ½ teaspoon of salt to the boiling water.

6. Using a lid, cover the pot and cook it for about 18 minutes.

7. When the rice is cooked, do not uncover the lid. Leave it for 2-3 minutes.

8. Put the cooked rice on a plate or on a tray. Leave them under a fan for an hour.

9. Now it’s time to cook your vegetables. Heat up a pan on the stove.

10. Add 2 tablespoons of neutral oil to it.

11. Add required amounts of garlic, onion, ginger, peas, and carrots. Now cook them until they become tender.

12. Then push the vegetables to a side of the pan.

13. Take 2 Eggs, beat and pour the mixture into the pan. Scramble it using a spatula and then mix it with the vegetables.

14. Add the cooked rice, sesame oil, soy sauce depending on your personal taste to the fried eggs and vegetables.

15. Fry the whole mixture until it is heated through.
