If our first few sentences out of our mouth do not capture our audience's attention, we will have probably lost them. Keep in mind that we have 10 seconds to make a good first impression. It sets the tone for the rest of the talk. Again, conclusion is no less important than the opening of a talk. Your conclusion should contain your central message.
