Avoid tobacco in any form.
Eat healthily. A lot of fruits and vegetables.
Maintain ideal body weight for your height.
Stay active. Walk regularly. Minimum 20-30 minutes,
Avoid sun exposure to prevent skin cancer. Use hats or caps.
Get vaccinated for Hepatitis B and HPV.
Breastfeed babies to prevent breast cancer in women.
