Tips and Dua Before Sleeping
Sound sleep and rest at night after a busy day and work is very important. Allah made the night for rest and sleep. Allah says, وَجَعَلْنَا نَوْمَكُمْ سُبَاتًا وَجَعَلْنَا اللَّيْلَ لِبَاسًا And made your sleep for rest, made the night a cover. -Surah Naba We should go to bed immediately after Salat al Isha. Wasting unnecessary time after Salat al Isha and sleeping late is disliked. Abu bazra narrated, أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يكره النوم قبل العشاء والحديث بعدها Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam disliked to sleep before the `Isha' prayer and to talk after it. - Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim Lats know Tips and Dua Before Sleeping :

Tasks1. After Isha prayer, go to bed quickly without wasting time on unnecessary work. -Bukhari, Muslim

5. Recite surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas and cup your hands together, blow over them after reciting and then rub your hands over whatever parts of your body you are able to rub. Start with his head, face and front of your body. Do that three times. -Sahih Bukhari

7. Recite this Dua : الحمد لله الذي أطعمنا وسقانا، وكفانا وآوانَا، فَكَمْ مِمَّنْ لا كَافِيَ له وَلاَ مُؤْوِيَ Alhamdu lillahil-laji atamana wa sakana wa kafana wa awana fa kam mimman la kafiya lahu wa la muwiya. Meaning : Praise be to Allah Who gave us food and drink, provided for us sufficiently, and gave us shelter, for how many there are who have no one to provide for them or to give them shelter. -Sahih Muslim

At last Recite this Dua : اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِي إِلَيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، وَالجأْتُ ظَهْرِي إِلَيْكَ رَغْبَةً وَرَهْبَةً إِلَيْكَ، لَا مَلْجَأَ وَلَا مَنْجَا مِنْكَ إِلَّا إِلَيْكَ، اللَّهُمَّ آمَنْتُ بِكِتَابِكَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ، وَبِنَبِيِّكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ Meaning : O Allah! I have submitted myself to You, I have turned my face to You, entrusted my affairs to You; and committed my back to You out of desire for You and fear of You; expecting Your reward and fearing Your punishment. There is no refuge and no place of safety from You but with You. I believe in the Book You have revealed and in the Prophet You have sent. -Sahih Bukhari, Muslim
